These top-of-the-range products incorporate infrared BURNER technology to generate additional heat at the rear of the chamber - perfect for preparing kebabs, shish kebabs or even pizzas. But even when this technology is not activated, the COLORADO can rise to an extreme temperature of 800°C thanks to its TURBO ZONE™. The range also includes HEAT RANGE™ and SWITCH GRID™ technologies, as well as a stainless steel keep-warm grid that unfolds when the lid is opened. As these many features deserve appropriate protection, the side panels of the combustion chamber are composed of durable, high-quality cast aluminum. In addition to this, the COLORADO also features sturdy fold-down side shelves. And even when loaded with an 11 kg gas cylinder, its low module still offers ample storage space.
